This economical, scratch-resistant matte finish paint has a soft feel, high tolerance for application errors, and is suitable for mass production of low-end engineered wooden doors.

Coating Process

Sealing primer → Putty application → Primer spraying → Sanding → Topcoat

Precautions

1. Stir the main paint thoroughly before use to ensure uniform gloss and feel;

2. Use the factory-made hardener and thinner according to the standard ratio and use the mixed paint within 4 hours;

3. Ensure the substrate is dry and dust-free, strictly control the moisture content of the board, and avoid blistering and whitening defects;

4. Apply after the temperature and humidity meet the standards, using thin coats and multiple layers. Do not apply a thick coat in one go;

5. Use a separate anti-yellowing primer for the anti-yellowing topcoat. Do not mix with ordinary topcoat;

6. Glossy paint can be polished after 24 hours of complete drying. Matte paint can be stored after 12 hours of complete drying;

7. The paint is flammable. Keep the workshop well-ventilated, take full safety precautions, and keep away from fire sources.
